Default Flooded Trunk

92 900s

I have a wet trunk. Did the research, and understand (I hope) it to be the drain in the vent cover. So it was warm on Sunday (32 degrees) so I began tinkering. I was able to get the vent cover off easy enough, then removed the piece below the cover w/ the three plastic pieces pointing up. I noticed the clamp on the piece that I’ll ***ume is for the drain and then my questions began:

1. How do you clear this tube? I am having trouble accessing it as it is up and left. Can I pull on it?

2. How do you reattach this to the vent cover? I can hardly reach it from the outside. Inside?

3. Is there a trick to putting the whole piece back? I can’t get it to “pop” back in. Don’t want to force it on an old car.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
