Default Saab 900 92 Resurrection

I have three Saabs and wanted to put my 1992 convert. back on the road. The starter went so it rested in my driveway for five years w/o running. I replaced the starter (arduously) and she started up immediately! However I am having issues with the lighting. The interior lights don't come on, the turning signals don't work and the head lamps stay on draining the battery. Checked fuses and they all look ok however I wonder if that red rectangular block fuse needs to be replaced? Any knowledgeable feed back appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark
