Default 1994 NG900 Air Conditioning Question

Just purchased a used 1994 NG900 SE Turbo (been looking for this specific car for years). Everything works perfectly on it, except the Air Conditioning is very weak. I recharged it myself but it made very little difference. The compressor does kick in and run, but it isnt very cool at all.

Do the Saab systems work similar to the Volvos, where it has to be recharged under a vacuum?

Any other tips to check for a weak system? I can't find any leaks in it, and it seems to hold the recharge, it's just weak.

Thanks for any help.

It needs to be recharged under vacuum just like any AC system. I'm no AC guru but I thing something in the system is clogged. Vacuuming can make it better. I actually had them add dye in there last time this was done just to find leaks if there were any.
