Default wet car...

recently purchased 97 900s, upon giving the car a good cleaning i noticed there was quiet a bit of rust around the seat mounts trunk was damp and just noticed after a heavy rain the headliner was a bit damp. Now ive cleaned the sunroof drains and they seem to flow just fine, i replaced the grommet under the tiny top antennea. Ive left the liner down so hopefully we get a heavey rain and i can get a better i dea of where the water could be coming from. Is this common with these cars, any retarded place people find where the water could be getting in. Any input would be appreciated, thanks...

Default RE: wet car...

In the trunk look around shock towers. Tape some papertowels around the area of shock towers and you'll be able to see where it leaks. Also the antenna drain (the power antenna) sometimes gets clogged/deteriorated. Check that as well.
