1993 900 convertible heater

No heat from heater. The first logical step seemed to replace the thermostat. Did that. No help. Temp guage now reads normal, but only get luke warm air, at best, from the vents. I Don't think I have an air blockage, as I bled the cooling system after replacing the thermostat.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
