Default 2003 9-5 Linear

I am new to the forums.
I have a 03 9-5 linear had it about 2 years no problems till now.
I don't know a lot about newer vehicles but give an old ford or jeep and I can rebuild the whole thing.
Any way I have a couple of engine codes for the car about a month ago my wife was driving and it just died, took awhile before it would start but finally did. But now have engine codes P0125,P1135,P1312 off of my OBD2 scanner.
The lights have also done funky things, we have gone thru 2 driver head lights since, then replaced again and the new one wont work at all. I ran a jumper to the light and it works fine so its not the bulb? any help would be very grateful.

Thanks and God Bless,
Jason

P0125 indicates that the car is taking to long to warm up, most likely a failed thermostat.

P1135 is for the #1 Oxygen Sensor heater circuit. Could be a fuse issue, unplugged or damaged wiring, or a faulty O2 sensor.

P1312 is when the Ignition Diagnostic Monitor indicates a loss of Combustion on cylinders 1 & 2 (misfire) and is typically a failed Ignition Cassete (coil ***embly).
