900i Fuel Gauge Problem

Hi,

We have a '90 SAAB 900i and are having a problem in that when you are driving along
the fuel gauge starts to jump. By jump I mean when you go over a bump the needle
moves up and down.

This doesn't happen all the time and when inspected by the dealer they said they
couldn't find any problems with it.

Has anyone else had this problem ?

Any help would be great.
