Default bumper trim ?

ok I had my car washed a couple of days ago...and the people must have put wax on the bumper trim...and now its like a faded white...now idk if their is a fix for this or what...I mean I can use that black shine plastic stuff to clean it but that is only temp..but if the wax wasnt on their it would shine nice anywho...yea this random but its been buggin me..and ideas to remove it?

update to that thanks roto actually worked pretty good...took a good chunk of it out...looks alot nicer than it did..

glad I could help...I'm sure other oily products of same consistensy woud have worked, but I just knew for sure that this works... now how about a pic of the car after detailing?
