Default Idle control valve--where and how?

I have been getting pretty poor mileage in my brand new used 1995 Non-Turbo 900S. A mechanic suggested changing the oxygen sensor and idle control valve. The sensor looks pretty straightforward, but I don't know where the IC valve is located, or how hard it is to change. Any ideas? Thanks.

Default RE: Idle control valve--where and how?

The idle conrol valve is really easy to do. Usually located on the left side of the throttle body...has a connector and two hoses attached to it. I'll see if I can find a pciture.
