Can anyone tell me why (exactly) that the manual boost controller for sale on P.F.S. is not recommended for Trionic SAAB 9000's?
Also, can anyone tell me how a light pressure turbo limits the boost to base boost?
The reason for these questions is that i cannot find a FPT ecu for my '94 9000cse LPT (required part number 43 00 844, i think)
I am aware that this ecu is pretty scarce in Britain, but i have had no luck trying to source it abroad(No thanks to the American/Canadian (and British) companies/persons who don't even answer their e-mails!!!!![:@]
All said, i want to get above base boost but can't afford £1000 for an aftermarket ecu upgrade.
Please help if you can, i am open to all comments/suggestions.
