What a great day....went to go finish a job and tried to start the SAAB........no luck, when the key is turnde to start I get no action from the starter, eventhough the security switchh on the fob has been pressed....another interesting thing I noted is that there is a fast clicking sound like a relay is cycling quickly from under the dash when the key is in the *on* position, at start the clicking stops....but thats it....Any suggestions ??[:@]

Hmm...ok tried that, ( battery is only 1 month old ) however I put a 50 amp jump to it and have the same trouble.....I just remembered something, Monday I had the trunk open and locked the car with the fob....then closed the trunk and the alarm went off......does it need to be re-set ??
If you hear clicking than it's not alarm related. It's possible that you have a bad ground or a bad starter too. The car wouldn't happen to be a manual transmission?
