Default shifter bushings or clutch

I just got my 94 saab 900 turbo about 3 months ago. I recently added a blow off valve to it. About 3 days after I installed it, my car started messing up. The car now will only drive in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and reverse. I've been told it's the shifter bushings, and i've been told it's my clutch. Does anybody know which one it is and did me installing a blowoff valve have anything to do with it?

BOV is a totally inrelated part, however you driving harder to hear it could have something to do with it. Before you start spending money, try this http://photo.platonoff.com/Auto/2005...ter_Alignment/and than post an update. Also I BELIEVE there is an updated shift linkage for your car because the old one was pure crap...I would look into it. If you cant find it, again post up and I'll look into it.

Are there any abnormal noises? I would try the shifter bushing kit next as it's only a $10 part. I don't see whe it would be the clutch if you an get it to drive in 3rd, 4th and 5th. Sounds like it's either a linkage or bushings problem

I pulled the shift linkage out of my car, and replaced it with a linkage from a '96 900.I also replaced the bushings. The car runs great now. Thanks for all the info and help.
