TELEPHONE displayed on SID

The word TELEPHONE is displayed on my SID, and the audio system does not work. I recently purchased the 2003 9-3 as is and this is one of the issues I have to deal with. I have read about it being in telephone mode. How do I change it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
