Default Just bought a 99 9-3 turbo:-D

Hello everyone.
I have just bought a 99 9-3 turbo after I had my honda civic totaled. The car is a 5-speed with 99K miles on it. I do not have any service records for it, so the question is: what am I looking at here? The car is throwing three codes 1: 1st bank o2 sensor, 2: bank1 lean condition(I'm guessing it's related to the O2 sensor), 3: Rotor sensor error...this one I'm wtfing for...tell me what exactly I should be doing with it in terms of maintainance?
