Please Help !!

Hi I have a 93 convertible 2ltre turbo 2000, twice this week when ive turned the engine off, got outta the car for a few minutes jumped back in and it just turns over it dont start.so i take the key out leave for 5 mins and it starrts.ive had 6 garages look at it and they cant find anything ?? anyone any ideas please ty lee
