Default saab 900 slave cylinder

i dont know whats wrong but would anyone be able to help me on how to get the slave cylinder going? i put it all in and what not bleed it and as the pedal starts to get pressure i push on it and one of the o rings inside the slave blows...... is there something im doing wrong.... and before it blew i would push on the clutch pedal and it would just kill the motor, bring it to a dead stop...... someone help please and thanks!
