2001 93 engine swap with 2003

hi . I have a 2001 93 turbo convertible vin k with a bad motor and was
wondering if a 2003 would work ok. any help would be appreciated

2003 motor in a 2001

Only if it is from a 2003 convertible, as that will have the same engine as the 2001. The engine in the 2003 Sports Sedan is completely different.
