Default 9-3 Turbo Meter Fluctuating

Hi all,

I got a 02 9-3SE 2.0HO Engine with Turbo.
While I drive on the road, on red lights, after a while the turbo meter starts fluctuating and so does the RPM meter while I have my legs on brake paddle. And I can hear some pumping noise as well as car shakes like it is ready to move.

Does anyone have similar experience? Anyone knows the cause of it?

Thanks,
Roger

Geez u r awesome! I didn't find much problem after a while, then yesterday the check engine light up. I took it back to Saab for repair. It found the vacuum leak and replaced valve.

Check engine code P1110

It said "found valve not holding vacuum"
