Exclamation 99' 9-3 SE suddenly feels sluggish?

I started to notice it a week after I changed my serp belt. The car just started become extremely sluggish, and seemingly poor throttle response.

It's not nearly due for an oil change yet, and the turbo spools up as usual.

I really have no idea what could be causing the spontaneous sluggishness. Not only that, but it seems to really bog down on me if I let off the gas completely, especially whilst in 1st or 2nd.

If it makes a difference, I did give a friend of mine a jump when her car broke down. Don't know if that can affect the computer, or mess up my battery.

Thanks guys, all help will be greatly appreciated!
