Default after market HID kit

I bought an aftermarket HID kit from http://xenonpros.com/mc10000k.html and it is a plug and play kit. I installed it, eveything looked great and i was happy until i turned the car on. This is where it gets tricky, when i turn the ignition on they light up and work perfect, but as soon as i turn the engien on..........they start flickering and then shut off. It did that when i still had the DRLs on, so when i saw that they are not working i went to the dealer and took the DRLs off. Even after that they still do the same thing. I took a voltmeter and checked to see if they get enough power and when the ingintion is on they get 12 vlotz and when i turn the engine on they get 14 voltz. so i dont think that the power is the problem or is it? I have asked around but i haven't got a good answer, so if anyone has any idea, suggestion, anything please let me know!
