Anyone know the name of this part?

Was cleaning idle control valve and broke this plastic pipe that comes out if valve cover and connected to 2 hoses,can't figure out what it is

I think russians are in love with saabs especially in its fixing ,this guy fixed and upgraded almost everything in his cars,i think you know him
