Default Battery replacements for Key Fob

Has anyone had any luck with getting replacement Key fobs for a 2007 9-3?
My batteries apparently need to be replaced but there isn't a dealership anywhere near me in SoCal.

Kindest Regards,
Chris

hold on does it just need batteries? or did the fob stop working? you can take them apart by pulling the key out and seperating the plastic its a standard battery.if you need a new fob you can buy one offline but you would need a dealership to "sync" it with your car

but if you did need a new fob and were trying to have the dealership "sync" it... there are some cheaper options online. when I did it in 2009 it was $1200 at the dealership and $600 online.

Hopefully its only your battery...

The one I used was Lost Saab Keys and if you do have to do this...look on the bright side...they now have instructional videos on how to do this!

They dont say anything in the video about being careful not to discharge the air bag...I dont know if that is a risk, I did some reseach when I did it, forget most of it but I disconected the battery and took out the fuse...prob some other stuff, so I recomend you research it.

BTY....replacing the battery on your FOB takes 39 seconds... 5 seconds to open the key and take out the battery then 34 seconds to ask the guy at home depot/ Lowes where that battery is.

Thanks everybody for your responses. I replaced the battery and that did the trick. No more key Fob issues
