It's weird the cooliant in owerflow tank is dirty ,and some white stuff like butter on the inside of the cap,i think i need the full flush of the system.

LOL...where are you at? There are lots of independent saab specialists. If oyu do it yourself it's not really a flush...you'll just run water thorugh it.

There are no stupid questions. It's just sometimes diy is not the best way. A cooling system flush is one of those things which is best done by a pro with the proper equipment.
