Default Rear Brake Question....

Hi all, I am new to the forum and have a question hopefully someone has an answer to. I have a 2007 9-3 with a little over 18000 miles on it. I keep getting large amounts of brake dust on the rear wheels and none on the front. I just replaced the rear brakes because they were just over 3/4 worn. The fronts are original and still have over half, I am a mechanic so i checked all of the calipers and slides etc. and all were ok. This is my first Saab and have owned since new. I was wondering if it is a Saab thing to wear out rear brakes before fronts or if someone knows what is causing the uneven braking.
