Can soneone help me? The remote key on my 2005 9-3 is not working. I have changed the battery on the fob and still can't get in the car. The manual key just turns inside the lock (it just spins), so I can't get in that way either. I am completely locked out. There is no flashing of the car lights when I try to unlock the car. Any suggestions as to what the issue may be? Help needed.

Hey Roto and anyone else that may be curious, after calling GM Roadside ***istance they were able to jimmy the door open. The car alarm went off but stopped after the key went in the ignition. The car started fine and I was later able to use the keyless again. I'm not sure if this was a case where the keyless needed to be recoded after the battery in the keyless went dead. I have booked an appointment with the dealership next week to figure out what happened and why I can't open the door manually still. I will keep you posted in the event someone has a similar problen down the line.
