I was having some minor work done on my Daughter's '99 9-3 and while performing an alignment the folks at the shop noticed that the bushings on the stanchion arms where they connect to the body and the bushings in the control arms where the stanchion arms attach are all worn and could stand to be replaced. My question is can they be replaced and how hard of a job is it or are they bonded to the arms and you just gotta replace the parts?
Thanks.

They can be replaced by polyurethane bushing sold by genuinesaab.com I have them and they're much better than the factory hydraulic bushings. You will need a press to get the old onces out though,
