Default Rorots from R1

here's the pics of rotors i used writing pens to show the directions of vanes ,all mechanics say that it's normal,but i doubt it.btw, R1 sold me Centric rotors(not the ones they make)and cut off the brand label from the box ,i found the manufacturer by the model number they left.So the question is ,is it normal to install rotors like this on my car or i should sent one of it back to R1 for replacement?

well...it's an accepted practice to install them that way, but it's not normal.
