Default rough vibration from motor

My friend has an '02 93 that he just purchanced. It has 92k miles and has the 2.0 motor. He got stranded over the weekend and I went over to his place to help look at the car. After scanning the ECU it said there was a miss fire on cylinder 1. He had bad plugs, we replaced them, but that didn't help with the vibration. While the motor is at idle there is a bad vibration from a pulley and another part that we were sure what it is, the part on the left...it rotates a good 3/4" back and forth in balance with the wobbling pulley and that all seems in harmony with the rough motor. I have indicated in the diagram the pulley and the other part. He's going to get a service manual, but in the meantime any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Replace that. It's the tensioner pulley and it's a plastic piece of crap. http://www.eeuroparts.com/Main/PartD...px?id=5172309A

So the pulley wasn't wobbling?

The pulley was shaking. I think it was because of the #1 cyclinder running rough due to the bad valve. Another friend who's a mechanic is fixing it on the side so it's not done yet. Once it is I will post the results.
