Default SAAB 9-3

My 2000 SAAB 9-3 is closing in on 100k and my extended warranty about to expire. Planning to "drive it 'til it drops", there is, however, some point of diminishing returns inthe life of ANY car, where throwing good money after bad becomes increasingly idiotic. Where is that point with my 9-3?....and, for others that have passed the 100k threshold, what is your service track-record for major repairs?? (I've put 300+ miles per week on the car for two years commuting to work on high-speed roads.)

Default RE: SAAB 9-3

My advice is to trade your diminishing SAAB for a new one while it's still running. You will have alot more fun with a newer car.

By the way, My previous saab 900S convertible I owned, lasted 6 years and it had 240,000KM's on it before problems started to appear. I now drive a brand new 2006 9-3 aero convertible.

best of luck.

Cheers
