I own a 2004 SAAB 9-3 Arc with 47k and to date has been a fairly reasonable car. I love the performance when it is running, but I feel their may be too many bells and whistles that are causing me trouble as we speak.
The care stalled last week while I was on the highway doing approx 25mph.
I tried to start in again and no luck...all of the aux- lights..radio etc.. came on ...but nothing AT ALL under the hood.
I then noticed my gas cap being loose[ Might of caused a vapor vacuun issue]....tightened it up...the car started right up and off I went....for a few days.....
The car is now parked at my work and is unable to start.
Again- all electrical power comes on fine....when i turn the key nothing...
However- when i disconnect the battery, then reconnect...it will try to start again....only to fail......
Any thoughts????

i had a problem with my 06 9-3 aero while driving on the highway it stalled, had to get it towed to saab, it was a fuel pump, it would crank and run but when the fuel went lower then 3/8 of the tank it would turn off, the fuel pump would only work above that because of the pressure from all the fuel, under that it wouldnt work.
another thing with all the gauges turning on but it wouldnt start when i tried starting it, my battery needed to be replaced.
