Default tech 2 questionnd

is it possible for a tech 2 to run more turbo boost out of a 93? or no?what all can the tech 2 do to a car,besides resetting everything and turning my DRL off?

i know it can reprogram to xenon setting on the front electrical center module; aparentlly this solves the strobbing problem for those who want to install an aftermarket HID hit in their saabs.

it can do a heck of a lot... all the various little settings even in the abs module can be changed by it....not sure about boost though...
