Default I fixed mine

After the main seal repair my guy swapped the two gear selection wires. They are difficult to get to when transmission is back into car. Apparently the plugs are the same and it is possible to reverse them.

So reversing the wires fixed the problem? Also were exactly are they located, I will have to do it the hard way since my tranny is in.

One is on middle right, you can kind of get to it with fender well removed, other is in the back. They are the small two-wire type plugs.
After trying for 2 hours I paid a good local shop to fix - I figured I would break the plugs.

Awesome it worked, the tranny is working like new. I can defenetly see how the 2 plugs can be reversed. I was not that hard, I removed the battery and the battery cratle kinda had to work from the bottom side too but it only took 30min. Thanks a million.
