Default 1999 Saab 9-5 code 1260

Just purchased a 1999 9-5 V6 with 85000 mile. Check engine light was on so had my mechanic check it out. He was able to correct the multiple misfire. This was due to plugs being incorrectly gapped. However, he said I needed to see a Saab mechanic for the 1260 code. First question, what is the 1260 code? Has to do with the throttle body? Car was in limp home mode. I reset the throttle body and disconnected the battery to clear the codes. Started the car...no check engine light and running fine. Drove it around the block seemed fine. Next time I started the car, check engine light back on and car went back into limp home mode. Car is running good, smooth. AC not working though. Is this due to limp home mode? Any insight would be appreciated.
