I just found out i need to replace my alternator in my 2002 saab 95.. first does anyone have any info on how to do this,, also when i remove the upper engine mount do i need to support the engine at all..

okay battery is good and alternator is good.. 13.9 volts tested!!! but yet when i start the car only 11.8 volts is there.. At the alternator with the car on i get 0 volts with tell me i got a problem in the wire.. is there a fuse or what should i be looking for
