Default Heater Valve leaking....

I have a steady coolant leak & pinpointed it yesterday. There's what appears to be a plastic valve for the heater hoses right by the master cylinder (looks like it has 2 or 3 hoses coming out of it which are definitely heater hoses) and there is a leak at the upper hose. It's really hard to get to though and I can't tell if it's the hose leaking or the plastic piece. I think it's this part (bypass valve): http://www.thesaabsite.com/95/95hoses.htm

Anyone run into this before?
