Exclamation saab 9-5 not starting when hot

in a morning, she fires up first time but after a bit a driving, i only have to stop for a split seconds, then nothing, it turns over ok, but after about 30-40 minutes when it has cooled down a bit she fires up, oh i forgot to say i fitted a new turbo after the other 1 went down on me, i am thinking it might have something to do with that,
any comments on what it will be , will be gratefully appreciated
