RPM meter

I have a 1997 9000 cse turbo. For the past year, my RPM meter has been going on and off. More recently, it hasn't worked at all. Although it's an automatic so i don't technically need it working, it get annoying without it. Does anyone know how much it would cost to get it replaced? Thanks!
