1995 900 SE 2.0 turbo instrument cluster failling, rough start no start running rough
 

I bought this at 192k miles, and I've got it at 199k right now. It doesn't want to break 200k miles. I've daily drove this vehicle since I bought it in the winter. Well it's getting hot outside and whenever I drive it, stop at a gas station or something to get cigarettes and hop back in to start it, no instruments work and all the lights are on but very dim. The vehicle runs extremely rough and after I move enough it kicks and the dash lights are back up and everything runs fine. Also if I get in and nothing in the instrument cluster is working the vehicle will not start until you wait long enough for the cluster to come back. The only codes I have are a P0501 for a vehicle speed sensor, and a P0132 o2 sensor bank 1 upstream (rich I think it was). This vehicle has always had an issue of misfiring right before it goes into the dark orange of the boost gauge, never worried about it though cause I baby this car. I'm hoping it's not the ECU :(
