stalling at idle.
I have a 1998 saab 900 turbo that either flutters or stalls at idle intermittently. It may go for a few days without doing it and stall three times the next day. I have heard the carbon canister might be the culprit but I don't want to replace it without some other input. Also, I don't know where it is on my car. I believe the first time the stalling happened the "check engine" light came on but has not come on since.
The only other thing I noticed that may or may not be related is that 3 times I have refueled with the tank being almost empty, the car has bucked and sputtered for the first few miles. Any suggestions out there? thanks dan |
RE: stalling at idle.
