Default Audio Wiring Codes for LOC's

I purchased a line-out converter for my 2003 9-3 due to the fact that I DO NOT want to remove the factory head unit. I'm adding it in so that I can add an amp and some speakers to the trunk and not have to "deal" with a 80 (or 100) watt stereo.

Would anyone know what the colors are for this year? I removed the center panels that hide the wiring and found all of the same colors (grey, grey/black, white, white/black) except the grey/black, so I went on and lifted up the rubber wire protectors on the inside of each door and did a color odd-man out deal. What I saw was that on both sides the smaller wires' colors green and dark grey were the same, while the odd ones were: Orange/blue, Red/blue, light grey, and RED.

I'm sort of scared to touch red wires of any type and short something out, but does anyone have a clue about this?

thx. i tried hooking it up from the rear speakers. (disconnecting the 6x9's and wire from there) but i think the factory amp is interfering with the sound. im not getting anything from my after market amp. i think im gonna have to wire it straight from the head unit
