Are parts interchangeable

I wanted to know if 1999 95 and 03 95 exterior parts are interchangeable as they look exactly alike appreciate any info

Depends what particular parts. Mostly - yes.

I just got the whole front end off a 99 9-5 for my 03 9-5 I havent started putting it together due to a foot of snow but it looks identical.

It should be the same with a possible difference of a few tabs. Hope your snow melts soon. If you look in my album you'll see I did a similar repair to a 9-3:)
