broken switches?short in wiring
|
ive checked the wiring its all good ive also checked the switch and it tested good but its the master switch for the widows and i believe its a problem in the master switch just wanted a second opinion on it or if someone else has run in to the same problem and the top i figured out already.
thanks |
check your ground if the switch tested good and you have power to the switch
and no rotten/cracked wires then you probably dont have a good ground |
ok thanks ill check that next time i work on it.

i now have 3 out of 4 windows not working.. today my driver side window ..i roll it up and here this loud snap..i thought the window cracked...the motors on these windows are too strong for the cheap aluminum brackets...the motors should cut off once closed ..three out of 4 windows proves that wrong.

gatr 2000 replace those mounts with solid grade 8 bolts and locknuts the play in the mounts causes the cable to bind and it either snaps the cable or burns the motor up
