I have a 03 9-3 linear and I have to change my air pump for inspection. I checked the valve and it was clean and I didn't hear the pump run on cold start. I bridged the relay to see if I can force it on and nothing. My question is, do I have to remove my entire front end(radiator housing etc) to get to it?
