Staling at a coast problem...

Default Staling at a coast problem...

Hi I have a 1995 900se 2.5 that i recently purchased. Since then i did head gaskets, valve gaskets new plugs and wire, and a new belt. After i did the valve gaskets I will stall out a a coast upon investagation i found this yellowish tan wire coming off my throttle body and i have no idea what it is or where it goes. Please help.... ps after i did the head gasket it was fine..it was not untill 2 weeks later after doing the valve gaskets.

actually its not a wire idk y i said that...its one of those cheap brittle over time plastic hoses
