tailight problems
 

ok this just started happening a week ago...when I start my car it popped up on my screen that RIGHT TAILIGHT FAILURE....so i figured it was out...but after checking it it works??now when i turn it on it says...LEFT and RIGHT tailight failure..I had someoen check it again last night and their both working fine...this happenes every time i turn on the car...also my check engine light is on and having it inspected nothing is wrong with my car at all...anyone know what can cause this?

pull the code for the CEL...as far as the lights go I'm clueless...
