car won't start
 

hi, I have an '88 900 turbo convertible, I've had it for a couple of months now and it's been doing great, besides having to replace the alternator bushings, but now it won't start, the person I got it from had mentioned this problem and it should start after 24 hours. anybody have any ideas?

check for spark and fuel . will the engine turn over? is there enough battery power to start the car (12v/550ah)? is the fuel pump turning on? turn key in on position without starting car it should whirr for a few seconds then stop.
