Clockspring?
 

My horn has stopped working on my 2010 9-3 Aero convertible. All fuses and relays are ok. The car has been stored in a climate controlled garage since new and only has 1600 total miles. Everything else works perfectly and I'm suspecting it may be the clockspring. Any recommendations to troubleshoot? Does anyone know where to buy one?
