Default new to saab

hi,
i joined this site because i just bought a 2004 9-3. this is my first saab. i'm a longtime honda guy, but fell in love with this car. it has 47k miles on it. i took it to a dealership and they have already done some warranty work on it.

i would love to know what problems should i keep an eye out for with this year model and mileage?

whats the best gas for these cars?

there is a button that looks like a phone on my steering wheel. does this car have bluetooth or something?

mileage isnt the greatest. is that normal?

where can i get that saab catalogue front lip for less than $250?

i need tires and cant afford pirellis. i was thinking about falkens. does anyone have a chime-in on this?

Welcome to the Saab Forum. Congratulations on your purchase.

Your steering wheel button either activates the Onstar or mutes your radio or both.
MPG is always a pain in the behind. Never trust EPA estimates.

to get best fuel milage you need to relearn to drive for that...took me a while to figure it out. The Ziex, although they don't last long, are a great all around tire. If you don't care about doing tires once every 30K miles they're a great option. Quiet, good handling...great in the snow. My 9-3 is getting the Azenis, but that's a whole different story. Stay as far away from Continentals as you can.

As far as the lip goes....you'd be lucky to even be able to order one. This is a problematic to find item.
