newbie 93 conv = need help = 1st saab no start
I am new to a saab and this forum. Just bought a 93 convertible turbo 147000 miles and won't start. Looking at the tach as tho no rpm at start up. Sometimes there is rpm and it starts and then stops. Seems as tho cps is bad = only owned and worked on american cars = seems as tho the same. Gotta get this running for my daughter = but seems as tho my wife wants it. Saab has got my interest and seems like a reliable and safe car = and can't wait to try out the turbo. I have heard that the fuel pump doesn't go bad that often = but sometimes hear the pump running and sometimes not. That would take the relay and fuse out = am i correct? Any help would be great = can anyone tell me why I should give this to my daughter or wife = reliable and safe and what is a saab strong and week points? To long I know, but want to learn. Thanks
