oxygen sensor / oil

Hey all i just got this 2003 Saab 9-3 Arc 2.0T, a couple months ago- It's acting rough lately, it's idling really badly going from .5-1000 rpm back down then up...the engine light is on. I took it to Autozone for the codes - they said it's the Oxygen sensor, which is also causing some other codes to come up. (can someone locate the o2 sensor in the pic i attached?) - and somewhat consistently, it does not accelerate as it should when i come to a complete stop then give it gas - once im in 3rd gear or about 10-15 mph it works fine. This is a dual/auto/manual transmission as well.

This only started happening about 2 days after i got an oil change--- I also noticed my Oil quality is still going down, when i took it in for the oil change, it was at 58% quality - its now down to 52% ---did they seriously Not change my oil, or do i need to reset the batter for it to readjust and check itself?

I purchased it at 88k miles, it's now at 98k; the tune up was done around 90k - any insight appreciated. I'm also looking for a manual- one did not come with the car (ps i hate the dealership, scam artists 100%)

Update~ oxygen sensor / replaced hose

Well, i found the issue to be a busted hose-- apparently there is a hose that eventually got too hot and dried out, it finally busted. it was very hard to see, but once i got frustrated enough to just take everything apart until i found the obvious issue, it became an easy fix i should have seen earlier. I replaced the hose, and everything worked great once again :)

Only thing about this car is that the engine & everything under the hood gets really hot which puts a lot of wear on the interior hoses and electrical parts, i may be looking into a better intake system or upgrade to performance. Eventually i'll get another car so i can replace piece by piece on this one with newer stuff so it lasts even longer.http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._3847618_n.jpg
